Why do some people age gracefully enjoying great health throughout their entire lives while others develop illness and degenerative diseases? Could increased hydration be the answer?
Our bodies consist of approximately 60% water. Each day our bodies expel large amounts of fluids by way of perspiration and urination. This process allows our bodies to flush out toxins that hinder good health. In order to do this, we need to be fully hydrated and that takes a lot of water. Cells produce energy while at the same time releasing toxins, acids, and carbon dioxide. These are the things we need to flush out of our bodies on a regular basis.
A fish bowl works in much of the same way. When you walk by your fish bowl and your fish has an odd color and may not be moving much, what is the first thing you want to do. Well, in order to get the fish well again, you have to change the water of the fish bowl. Once the water is changed and all the elements of the fish bowl are working properly, the fish gets well again. When we get sick we have to change the water of our cells. What I mean by this is, you have to change the fluid in which the cell tissues are bathed in. If your cells continue to build up toxins without a way of releasing them, over time your body will become sick. Sick cells in your body create many problems. If your cells are sick, it can create a multitude of health changes throughout your lifetime. After all, your body can only handle so many toxins before you start to show signs of sickness through symptoms. Symptoms of sickness are a sign that your body is telling you that it is time to start cleansing your cells.
So what is one step you can do to ensure your cells are as healthy as possible. Drink a lot of water. Drinking half your body weight in ounces of water each day is an important way to keep your body healthy and hydrated. If you are an active person, you will want to increase your hydration even more.
So if you are feeling tired, worn down and not feeling good, take a small step towards getting healthy by properly hydrating your body in order to start cleaning your cells. Clean cells are healthy cells. Take small steps to start getting healthy today.
